Please make sure that you are personally present at the registration to claim your wristband. Collection of wristbands/tickets via representation is strongly discouraged. There will be no issuance of a refund, a new ticket/wristband once they have been deemed collected. You are required to purchase again in cases of loss or replacement.

1. Passport valid for at least 6 months from date of travel.
2. Ensure that your passport must have a minimum of 3 blank pages.
3. For VISA application, indicate convention visa.
4. All participants must have a minimum of USD 500 cash.
5. All participants must have the hotel booking confirmation.
6. Completed COVID-19 vaccination registration via MySejahtera Mobile App.
7. For unvaccinated or partially vaccinated individuals, a negative result from an RT-PCR COVID-19 test or professional RTK-Antigen test conducted 48 hours prior to arrival in Malaysia is required.
1. Download the MySejahtera app.
2. Click Register Here and enter your valid email address or mobile number.
3. Click the link sent to your email to continue your registration or enter the OTP sent to your mobile number.
4. Fill out the form and click Confirm to complete your registration.
5. Once you created your account, open the app and log in using your registered email address.
6. Click MySejahtera and select Traveller.
7. Click Travel for [Your Name] and fill out the Pre-Departure Form. Once done, click Submit.
*Accomplish the form 48 hours before your departure.
8. Back on the Traveller menu, go to MySafeTravel to verify your Digital COVID-19 Vaccine Certificate.
*If you have previously verified your vaccination certificate on MySejahtera application, you may skip this step.
9. Accomplish the following: Select entry point, number of pax, and arrival date. Click Register.
10. Once you receive the MySafeTravel verification email, copy the link to your browser and fill out the form.
11. You will receive another email with your MySafeTravel Status.
12. Back to your app, go to Traveller and select Overseas Vaccination Details.
13. Input or update your vaccination details.
14. Once complete, click on Profile to view your MySJ ID and health assessment status.
